As a Brainspotting Practitioner, I am able to support you with uncovering subconscious beliefs and trauma that may be hindering you from connecting with your authentic self, as well as identifying, processing and healing trauma. In collaboration with my clients, I explore ways in which limiting beliefs are currently impacting their self-view as well as their relationships and together, we explore healthy ways of coping and symptom-management so that they can experience a more regulated and grounded nervous system with the resilience to cope with the stressors that life can place in our path.
I also specialize in working with women who are experiencing a divorce, have experienced infidelity, betrayal, and who are healing from friendship or family “ghosting.” These relationship ruptures can result in symptoms such as anxiety, feeling on edge, sadness, shame, grief and PTSD-like symptoms.
Through an attachment and trauma-informed lens, we will explore and identify how these wounds have impacted your view of the world and identify the necessary coping skills for you to regain trust within yourself and your relationships.

Meet Andrea
I am a relationship and anxiety therapist who uses a warm, collaborative and empathic approach while helping you unpack the obstacles you are currently facing. I see my clients as the expert in their lives who hold the keys to their own healing, and as your therapist, I am here to walk alongside you on the journey through discovering those keys. I believe all of us have an “inner knowing”; innate wisdom that once tapped into can become a lasting, reliable compass. It is my passion to help clients tap into this inner knowing that helps them make life decisions more closely aligned with their own values.


My Approach
I provide virtual psychotherapy services specializing in relationships, breakups and anxiety. Utilizing Brainspotting, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, I help clients process and unpack childhood wounds and anxious thoughts that are preventing them from having fulfilling relationships with others and with themselves. I collaborate with clients on their goals in therapy in order to engage them actively in the process in order to for clients to have a more centered and grounded outlook on life’s challenges. My approach is client-centered, collaborative, warm and tailored to the client’s individual needs.
